Position Level Fresh/Entry Level Requirements Multitasking skill is essential for this position. This role require working 5.5 days a week and from 9 a.m. to 6.00 p.m., so flexibility is a plus. Responsibilities works with clients who have complaints, orders, or require information about products/services purchased from the company. They also provide solutions that fit those individualized situations and prioritize the customers’ needs at each step of the process. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. Qualification Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level
